Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment online or via call/WhatsApp to guarantee your preferred stylist and time slot, especially for bridal, colour and chemical hair services.
What are your opening hours?+
Kokapet is open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Chandra Layout is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Do you offer bridal and pre-wedding packages?+
Yes, we offer complete bridal packages including HD and airbrush makeup, hairstyling, draping and pre-bridal skin and hair treatments. Trials are available on request.
Do you offer hair straightening, keratin and smoothening?+
Yes. Both branches offer keratin, cysteine smoothening, hair botox and hair spa. Our stylists assess your hair type, previous chemical history and scalp health before recommending a treatment — we never apply a one-size-fits-all formula.
Do you offer facials and skin care treatments?+
Yes. Our skin menu includes classic facials, advanced brightening and anti-ageing facials, cleanup, de-tan, and body care rituals. Therapists customise products to your skin type and concerns at consultation.
How much do services cost at Kameleon?+
Pricing depends on the service, hair length, product usage and branch. Chandra Layout, Bengaluru publishes starting prices on our website — haircuts from ₹650, facials from ₹2,200, keratin from ₹9,000. For Kokapet, Hyderabad, contact +91 95636 32828 or WhatsApp for a personalised quote. Bridal packages are customised.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and cash at both branches. For large bridal or package bookings, a deposit may be requested when you confirm your date.
Do you use branded, professional products?+
Yes. We work with premium salon-grade hair colour, keratin, facial and nail brands suited to Indian hair and skin. Your stylist or therapist will explain product choices during your consultation.
Is hygiene a priority at Kameleon?+
Absolutely. Sterilised tools, fresh linens, single-use applicators where appropriate, and strict sanitisation between clients are standard at both branches. Founder Swathi Kadavakollu built Kameleon with quality and hygiene as core values.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?+
Yes — please notify us at least a few hours in advance via call or WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to another client. For bridal trials and long chemical services, we appreciate 24-hour notice.
Do you travel for bridal makeup or home services?+
Bridal and party makeup on location can be arranged for weddings and events in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Mention your venue and date when booking — our team will confirm travel availability and any additional charges.
